Welcome to the Flying Saddle’s new restaurant, The Grizzly, named in honor of grizzly #399, perhaps the most iconic and famous bear in the world. Throughout the years, she and her frolicking cubs have mesmerized visitors to Grand Teton National Park. She is missed but not forgotten…

Our much-loved restaurant and lounge have been completely transformed, from the ceiling down to the stoneware. The star of the show is the menu, created by our new and accomplished culinary team. I personally tasted many of the artfully created dishes and they were all fabulous!

We hope you visit us soon and see the transformation for yourself!

Chef Spotlight – Meet Chef Joseph Andrade

“Great cooking doesn’t happen overnight. It takes patience, practice, listening, and learning from the mentors who come before you. Flavor, technique, and consistency all have to work together — like a choir — to create something truly special.”

With 20+ years in the kitchen, our Executive Chef at Flying Saddle Resort brings fine dining to the heart of Alpine, Wyoming — creating memorable experiences from the very first bite.

Guests are welcomed with a buttery croissant and honey truffle butter, then invited to explore dishes like crispy calamari with aji amarillo truffle aioli, mojito-marinated rack of lamb, and decadent house-made desserts — including the fan-favorite Campfire Cake finished with chocolate mezcal ice cream and edible gold.

From intimate dinners to weddings, wine dinners, and celebrations, Chef’s focus is simple: systems, consistency, and that next-level experience guests remember long after the last bite.

Come taste the difference at Flying Saddle Resort.
