About Flying Saddle Resort
We are proud to be a full-service, upscale rustic, unpretentious resort. Built in 1949 for a returning WWII hero, Flying Saddle Resort was purchased and fully renovated in 2008. While we offer standard motel rooms in the original lodge and larger balcony rooms in the new Tower, those interested in a romantic getaway typically choose one of our private log cabins.
Each 400 square foot cabin features a king-sized bed and private bath, along with a living area with a couch and a desk. You will also have a front porch perfect for enjoying the area’s natural beauty or simply relaxing with a book. Amenities include a large TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The self-contained resort features an affordable yet upscale Western steakhouse, a relaxed Western sports bar, a fitness room, a tennis court, a large heated indoor pool and hot tub, a drive-through liquor store, a shared outdoor patio, and a well-stocked gift shop.
